📦 Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
Time Frame: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-returnable items: Returns are not accepted for:
Products purchased on sale or clearance
Jerseys with customized names/numbers
Wrong size ordered by customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
🔁 Return Process
Contact us via WhatsApp/Email with your order number and clear images of the item in question.
Our team will verify and confirm if the return is eligible.
You’ll be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse (shipping paid by customer).
Once received and inspected, we will confirm the status of your return.
💸 Refund Policy
Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer as per your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
